The Create Rectangle Tool lets you create rectangles and squares, optionally with rounded corners. To start create a new shape, click, hold, and drag the mouse to set the desired size of the new shape. Hold Shift to create a square. Hold Control to start creating the shape from its center, and not from its top-left corner.

Corner Radius: Specifies the radius, in pixels, of the rounded corner of the rectangle.
