File Ages Chart

The file ages chart shows you how much space do files of different ages occupy. You may discover, for example, that you have a lot of old files you no longer need, which can be either deleted or archived, freeing up space.

The age of the file is determined by the last modified date - the same date listed in the Details View and the Top 100 Files view. All ages are calculated relative to today's date.

For convenience, files ages are broken down into categories:

1 Day:Files modified less than one day ago.
1 Week:Files modified less than one week but more than one day ago.
1 Month:Files modified less than one month but more than one week ago.
6 Month:Files modified less than half a year but more than one month ago.
1 Year:Files modified less than one year but more than half a year ago.
2 Years:Files modified less than two years but more than one year ago.
> 2 Years:Files modified more than two years ago.
