This dialog box shows all files or folders scanned which match a specified expression. The expression follows the same rules as the include/exclude expressions. For example, to see all files scanned with ".txt" extension, set the filter to "\.txt". Please see Regular Expression Rules for more information.
Just like other lists of files, you can sort this list by any column you choose. You can also right-click on any item and open its parent directory either in Windows Explorer or in command shell.
